Tennessee Hospital Upgrades Contract Management Solution to Universal Contract Manager
Bridgewater, NJ – June 7, 2016 – iContracts, a leading provider of contract, compliance and revenue management solutions today announced that Williamson Medical Center (WMC), a regional hospital located outside of Nashville, has selected iContracts “Universal Contract Manager” (UCM) to effectively manage contracts, expand visibility, improve collaboration, reduce costs and optimize performance. Williamson Medical Center will utilize UCM to streamline all aspects of contract management and compliance within their organization.
Since 1958, Williamson Medical Center has been providing quality healthcare services to the residents of Franklin, Tennessee. The general medical and surgical hospital has grown to a 185 bed facility. Like most healthcare institutions, Williamson Medical Center is managing thousands of contracts and associated documents, while making sure they are satisfying government regulations and compliance standards.
Williamson Medical Center selected iContracts’ Universal Contract Manager to further strengthen their contract management processes. iContracts will assist with the migration of contracts and data from a competitive solution to Universal Contract Manager in order to take advantage of UCM’s flexibility, superior reporting capabilities and integrated workflow, features the hospital desperately needed.
“In our search for a highly configurable solution that meets our needs today and in the future, iContracts’ Universal Contract Manager was the clear choice to help Williamson Medical Center improve its contract management processes,” commented Phyllis Molyneux, Associate Administrator of Education, Human Resources & Compliance at Williamson Medical Center. “We look forward to rapidly implementing the software and realizing substantial benefits.”
iContracts’ Universal Contract Manager is cloud-based, thus requiring no investment in facilities, hardware, software or related costs. All aspects of a health system’s contract management lifecycle, including contract creation, monitoring of key milestones, collaborating, creating reports and tracking compliance, can be managed by iContracts’ contract management solution, UCM.
“iContracts has deep experience helping numerous clients make the switch from cumbersome, expensive, and inflexible legacy solutions to our highly configurable and user friendly platform,” commented Leigh Powell, Chief Executive Officer of iContracts. “Our proven track record of successful migrations ensures a seamless transition to Universal Contract Manager. We look forward to working closely with the Williamson team and forging a long lasting relationship.”
