Private Higher Education Institution to deploy iContracts Universal Contract Manager
Raritan, NJ – November 5, 2014 – iContracts, a leading provider of solutions for managing corporate contracts, commitments and compliance announced that Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU), one of the fastest-growing universities in the nation, has selected iContracts’ Universal Contract Manager (UCM) to effectively manage contracts, improve visibility, control access and measure performance. Southern New Hampshire will utilize iContracts UCM to maintain a wide variety of contracts and agreements throughout the University.
SNHU has experienced tremendous growth, furthering the need to organize and effectively manage contract processes. Like many universities, SNHU has been managing contracts through a combination of spreadsheets and manual processes. This approach does not provide the centralized repository and underlying permissions based infrastructure necessary for faculty and staff across the university to securely access the agreements, metadata, and other contract based information contained in thousands of active agreements.
“SNHU was searching for a system that would allow us to efficiently track our contract activity as well as organize our contracts in a central repository,” commented Mary Dukakis, Senior Director of Procurement and Contracts for SNHU. “After a thorough evaluation process involving several alternatives, Universal Contract Manager was clearly the best choice to improve our contract management processes within the university. We look forward to implementing the iContracts solution before year end and quickly realizing substantial benefits.”
iContracts Universal Contract Manager is cloud-based, requiring no investment in facilities, hardware, software or related costs. All aspects of a contract’s lifecycle, including contract creation, monitoring of key milestones and compliance can be managed by iContracts UCM.
“iContracts is pleased to welcome Southern New Hampshire University to our rapidly growing family of higher education clients”, commented Leigh Powell, Chief Executive Officer of iContracts. “The need for contract management solutions has become a fundamental requirement for institutions of all types and sizes. iContracts’ ability to deliver a truly unique solution drives our success in the higher education market. We are proud of our new affiliation with a leader such as Southern New Hampshire, and look forward to playing a small part in their continued success.”
