Jeff Kozloff joins Board of Directors
Raritan, NJ – June 5, 2014 – iContracts, a leading provider of solutions for managing corporate contracts, commitments, and compliance today announced they have welcomed a new member to the company’s Board of Directors.
The newest addition to the Board, Jeff Kozloff, is a co-founder of Verilogue and serves as CEO. Verilogue was acquired by Publicis Groupe in December 2013. Jeff has spent fifteen years in the pharmaceutical industry, specializing in market research, strategic consulting and new product development for large pharmaceutical companies and marketing service firms. Prior to launching Verilogue in 2006, Jeff served as a long-term consultant for Bristol-Myers Squibb, working on a variety of domestic and international marketing projects. Previously, Jeff held various management roles at TargetRx, Inc., including positions in marketing, new product development and sales. Jeff holds a degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
