Top Hospital migrates to iContracts Universal Contract Manager
Raritan, NJ – January 27, 2014 – iContracts, a leading provider of solutions for managing corporate contracts, commitments, and compliance today announced that Holy Cross Hospital has selected iContracts “Universal Contract Manager” (UCM) to effectively manage contracts, improve visibility, control access, and measure performance. Holy Cross will utilize iContracts UCM to streamline all aspects of contract management and compliance within the hospital.
Holy Cross Hospital, a division of Taos Heath Systems with nearly 450 employees, has been providing quality care to residents of Taos, New Mexico since 1936. iContracts will migrate contracts and data from an existing system to Universal Contract Manager.
“As Holy Cross Hospital continues to expand, the need for a more powerful, flexible, and scalable contract management system became apparent,” said Lenora Cisneros, Director of Administrative Services. “iContracts Universal Contract Manager was the clear solution to serve our hospital and improve our contract management process. We look forward to rapidly implementing the software and realizing substantial benefits.”
iContract’s Universal Contract Manager is cloud-based, thus requiring no investment in facilities, hardware, software or related costs. All aspects of a hospital’s contract management lifecycle, including contract creation, monitoring of key milestones, and compliance can be managed by UCM. iContracts offers a competitive migration program for organizations who are thinking about making a change from their existing platform.
“Migrating large quantities of contracts and associated information in a rapidly growing environment can be a challenge for any organization,” commented Leigh Powell, Chief Executive Officer of iContracts. “iContracts deep experience helping numerous clients navigate a contract management platform change and powerful tools to move metadata and documents en masse will make the process as seamless and painless as possible. We look forward to working closely with the Holy Cross Hospital on this important initiative.”
