Behavioral health provider prepares to deploy Universal Contract Manager
Bridgewater, NJ – February 23, 2017 – iContracts, a leading provider of contract, compliance and revenue management solutions today announced that Monarch, a non-profit organization serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental illnesses, and substance abuse disorders, has selected iContracts’ contract management solution to effectively manage contracts, expand visibility, improve collaboration, reduce costs and optimize performance. Monarch will utilize Universal Contract Manager (UCM) to streamline all aspects of contract and compliance management within their organization.
Founded in 1958 by a small group of parents, Monarch has grown into the preferred provider for many North Carolinians. Historically, Monarch has been managing contracts through a combination of spreadsheets and manual processes, using a paper-based system in which all contracts and associated documents were stored in an on-site location. With staff routinely requiring rapid access to contracts, the need to centralize documents and key contract data electronically became increasingly important.
“Monarch was searching for a centralized contract management solution that would efficiently organize and track activities for contracts and other agreements, in addition to providing automation,” commented Cindy Jones, Chief Financial Officer at Monarch. “After considering several alternatives, we decided Universal Contract Manager was the best choice to improve our contract management processes and look forward to implementing the solution and significantly improving efficiency throughout our organization.”
iContracts’ UCM is a software service over the web, thus requiring no investment in facilities, hardware, software, or related costs. All aspects of a healthcare provider’s contract management lifecycle, including contract creation, monitoring of key milestones and compliance can be managed by UCM with minimal assistance from the IT department.
“We are pleased to welcome Monarch to the iContracts family,” commented Leigh Powell, Chief Executive Officer of iContracts. “iContracts’ ability to deliver a truly unique solution is driving our success in the behavioral healthcare market as reflected by the accelerating pace of new client additions. We look forward to working closely with the Monarch team and playing a small role in their continued success.”
